Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and if for any reason the product sent to you doesn't meet expectations we can offer the following options:


Returns with a Receipt

Returns with an Original Receipt
Returns can be made in person at our showroom or by emailing us with with a copy of your receipt. Simply provide your original receipt or packing slip and we will complete an exchange (in the form of a credit note) or merchandise refund for the amount paid to the original form of payment.


Don’t have a Receipt? No problem. If the purchase was made in the last 365 days, we can attempt to locate the purchase using any of the following:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Order Number (if applicable)

  • Checking Account Number

If these cannot be found, then we will do our best to identify where the item was bought and the price.  A refund of the estimated price will be offered as an exchange only.




Paypal orders will be issued as a refund via the PayPal site as part of the payment guarentee.



Refunds will not be issued for any delivery or shipping costs for a change of mind refund or exchange (credit note).





If goods arrive in a condition that is not acceptable to the purchaser, or if there is a fault in any aspect of manufacture, then an exchange or refund will be offered.  Delivery or shipping costs will not be refunded, but if a replacement item is shipped, it will be done at no cost to the purchaser.


Manufacturing faults must be reported within 30 days of purchase date to be valid.  Shipping breakages or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery to be valid.  Email us with your claim and receipt, with photos.


Please note that artworks are originals, so in some cases may differ from the product photos or have inconsistencies in natural materials or paintwork.  If this is deemed as the cause of inconsistencies, an exchange (in the form of a credit note) or refund will be offered, but no reimbursement of shipping or delivery costs will be provided.
