HIA Home Show 2015 - win a double pass!

Jalmer will be showing some new products at the 2015 HIA Home Show - from Friday 27th February to Monday 2nd March - to give renovators inspiration when it comes to the finishing touches for a home renovation or new build.

On display will be a large sculptural mirror, which has been produced for a client as a landscape feature. There are also large panels that could also be used to dress up a landscape or as front entry doors or a portico enclosure.

Landscape panels are becoming a large part of Jalmer's client work as they create points of interest where otherwise the view would be a large brick wall or unattractive running equipment, such as pool pumps or water tanks.

"With the popularity of vertical gardens, we created the wall panel (shown) that has a sculptural element in the centre, but allows the client to grow vines and other greenery up the wall. We have also completed artistic screens to cleverly disguise pool equipment. Another client is creating large art panels to create a feature for the yard rather than a water tank. Using perspex backing, we have created eye-catching artwork that the client will have back-lit for more effect," said Wayne Jeffery, who designs and fabricates the Jalmer work.

The mirror on display at the Home Show is another panel for this same client, to create another point-of-interest in the rural landscape.

We have 2 x double passes to this year's HIA HOME SHOW. Email 'landscape features' in the subject line - first in wins! Competition closes Wednesday 25th February at 2pm.
