Pilbara Red I is the first sculpture in a collection inspired by the enduring colours, movement and resilience of Western Australia's Pilbara landscape.
Handcrafted from reclaimed steel, it reflects Wayne Jeffery's belief that every piece of steel carries its own history. Rather than hiding that history, the marks of weather, time and use become part of the finished artwork.
